The Emissions Hub holds every row of emissions data. Use it to find a number, check a row against its source, or export.

Select the filter icon, or press Ctrl+Shift+F.

You can filter on date range, scope, GHG category, activity class, supplier, factor, country, entity, facility, input unit, invoice number, review status, file name and any custom field you have set up.

Each filter also has an exclude option. Use it to answer questions like everything except business travel.

Select Clear filters to start again.

Filters live in the page address. Copy the URL and send it, and the recipient sees the same view.

There is no saved view or named filter.

Select Group emission entries and choose one or more fields. Groups nest in the order you choose them.

To see the rows behind a group, select the double chevron on that row. Avarni filters to that group and shows a breadcrumb so you can step back out.

While you are drilled into a group, that field's filter is locked.

Open the actions menu on a row and select View Document. This opens the bill the row came from, with the extracted values beside it.

Rows that came from a spreadsheet show the file and sheet name instead.

Select a row and use Confirm, Flag or Exclude. The keyboard shortcuts are C, F and E. Selecting the current status again returns the row to Pending.

You cannot set a status on a row with no factor. Assign a factor first.

Excluded rows stay in the Hub but drop out of your Overview totals.

Select the download icon, then Download as Excel or Download as CSV.

The export respects your current filters. Ungroup first, because grouped data cannot be exported.

The Excel export recalculates. Change a factor or a quantity in the sheet and the emissions update, because the workbook carries the lookup tables behind it. Use it when your auditor wants to see the calculation rather than the answer.

Exports are prepared in the background and emailed to you.
